Flat well drained ground, with dolomitic limestone and clay texture. Sylvoz style of pruning with an average density of 2,800 vines/ha.
Vinification in red with selected yeasts. Macerated with the skins at 25-28°C for 10- 14 days, until it reaches the desired body and colour.
Intense ruby red wine, the scent is slightly herbaceous with hints of raspberry. The taste is harmonious, rounded and extremely refined.

It goes well with roasts, poultry, game and hard cheeses. To be served at a temperature of 18°C in large red wine glasses.
