 Winemaker Notes

VINEYARD

“Flat well drained ground, with dolomitic limestone and clay texture.
Sylvoz style of pruning with a density of 2,600 vines/ha.”

VINIFICATION TECHNIQUES

Vinification in red with selected yeasts. Macerated with the skins at 25-28°C for 8-10 days, until it reaches the desired body and colour.

TASTING NOTES

A rich ruby red colour with an intense vinous scent with distinctly herbaceous characteristics. It is a full bodied wine with a grassy yet elegant note.

BEST SERVED WITH

It is good with poultry or game, red meat roasts and mixed grills. To be served at a temperature of 18°C in large red wine glasses.
