Kimoto is an age-old brewing process, and Kimoto Junmai is extraordinarily fine and appealing. round in the mouth with extremely smooth texture, it tastes of cream, rice,and melon. Kimoto is typically enjoyed warm but this kimoto is also excellent served chilled.
